Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order. If you have any questions about a product prior to purchasing, please contact us at admin@saajstory.com.au and we will be happy to help.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Described Items

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

      Arrives faulty or damaged

      Is not as described on our website

      Is unfit for its intended purpose

      Does not match the product listing

In these circumstances, we will offer you the choice of:

      A full refund to your original payment method

      An exchange or replacement of the item


How to Lodge a Return

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To lodge a return please:

      Email us at admin@saajstory.com.au with your order number

      Include a clear photo or video of the fault or damage

      Describe the issue in as much detail as possible

Once your claim is assessed and approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. You will not be charged for return postage on faulty or incorrectly described items.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
