Thank you for shopping with Saaj Story! We want your order to reach you safely and quickly. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
• A second email with your Australia Post tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD. The free shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout once your cart reaches the qualifying amount. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and does not apply to express shipping.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at:
• australiapost.com.au/parcels-mail/track
• Via the Australia Post app
6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Saaj Story is not responsible for parcels once they have been dispatched and handed to Australia Post. However, we will do our best to assist you.
• If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking number
• If your parcel appears lost or stuck in transit, contact us at admin@saajstory.com.au and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf
• If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy and contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage
7. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Saaj Story is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at admin@saajstory.com.au and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
