All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Saaj Story reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Australia only. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are indicative only — delays may occur due to carrier issues or circumstances outside our control.

• Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email

• Saaj Story is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels once handed to the carrier

• If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry

8. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Key points:

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind

• Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described items must be reported within 14 days of delivery

• Eligible claims will receive a full refund or exchange, with return postage covered by Saaj Story

Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
